CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT PROCESS
Step 1:Consulting Needs & Design
The first step in a custom lighting project is a consultation with the client to discuss their vision, budget and timeline for the project. At this stage, the client may present sketches, inspiration pictures or specific product requirements, and based on the client’s vision, we will create a detailed design including materials, dimensions, electrical specifications and aesthetic features.
Step 2:Approve Cost Estimate
Approve design and cost estimate with client. Once the design is complete, we will provide the client with a cost estimate outlining the total project cost including materials, labor, and any additional charges such as shipping or installation.
Step 3:Purchasing materials & samples
We will make a detailed production plan and start purchasing materials, and make a sample for customers to test.
Step 4:Mass production
We will produce custom lighting fixtures according to the approved design and production plan, ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process. After the components for a lighting fixture are produced, the manufacturer assembles the fixture and tests it to ensure it meets specifications.
Step 5:inspection & transportation
After the production is completed, the customer can send someone to the factory to carry out the overall quality inspection of the large goods. After the lamps are completed and tested, they will be packed and shipped to the location designated by the customer.
Step 6:After-sales & follow-up
After the lighting fixtures are installed, we will follow up with customers to ensure that the fixtures meet their expectations and solve any problems that may arise, and provide continuous maintenance and support services.
